Experience
1990 marks the beginning of DR Customs, which has its roots in drag racing. Early
beginnings included a stint of bracket racing. Some of the reconstructive work included
resurrecting a 1967 Chev Canso, full race chassis, 850++ hp Big Chevy. Other projects
included;
- Shirley Muldowney rear dragster restoration
- 1972 Chopped Chev 1/2 with Camero interior.
- Various 1960's Corvette restoration projects.
- 1985 Pontiac Trans-Am Alcohol Funny Car.
- 1981 Pontiac Trans-Am custom.
The 1990's saw quite a few cars in the racing community. The racing finished up
with crew chief on a Top Alcohol Dragster. But the custom nature continued... More
restoration projects included 1940 Chev sedan, 1972 Chev Chevelle, Malibu 4 door
post, I'm not sure why, but I owned it. Many many more! There was a short hiatus from 1995 to 1999,
in the computer industry, but now back stronger than before!
